RESOURCES
Brilliant people I follow online:
Marianne Elliott is a yoga teacher, writer, development practioner, and all round inspiration. With a background in Human Rights, she now supports changemakers around the world with her writing and by offering her 30 days of yoga online course.
.
Susannah Conway is a writer, photographer and creator of the Unravelling e-course, an online journey of self-discovery and exploration. She writes from the heart, with courage, depth and grace.
.
Danielle LaPorte is wisdom wrapped up in a wordsmith. Her site, White Hot Truth, is bursting with insight, and she recently launched her FireStarter Session Digital Book for entrepreneurs. I’ve read it, re-read it and delight in putting her ideas into action.
.
Tara Sophia Mohr is a writer, coach and poet who makes her way through the world with a delightful elegance and grace. Her regular writing on her blog, Wise Living, is filled with gems of insight on leadership, personal development and change-making. She is running a leadership development programme for women, Playing Big, of which I am delighted to call myself a participant.
.
YOGA
Based in Dublin’s Temple Bar, and run by the fantastic Greg Walsh, Samadhi Yoga is a haven. Entering those doors each week, I know I am in for a treat, guaranteed to be stretched and strengthened in just the right measure. I also teach there! (Samadhi also have a studio in Drogheda).
.
VOLUNTEERING/ WRITING
I am a regular volunteer in Fighting Words, a wonderful creative writing centre in Dublin. Set up by Roddy Doyle and Sean Love, and modelled on 826 Valencia in San Francisco, the centre is a hotbed of creativity, talent and pure fun.
